The Ministère de l'Économie is in search of a Unit Leader A1 for its Liaison Center. This role is situated within the public sector and is classified under Category A (management). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of around 10 individuals, managing daily operations, coordinating administrative functions, and ensuring the effective operation of the unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the unit's operations, organize tasks, monitor activities, manage human resources, collaborate with departmental leadership, supervise IT initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Drive change management initiatives.
- Facilitate the integration of incoming and outgoing financial data streams, support team members, and provide training to enhance practices and improve data integrity.
- Manage IT project execution to integrate unit tools and assist the IT representative for international collaborations.
- Propose and implement enhancements in work methodologies and tools, document recommendations, and track the implementation progress.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level C1).
- Strong background in project management, legal frameworks, economics, and finance.
- Capability to apply regulations and procedures, organize activities, work collaboratively, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, diligence, and confidentiality.
This position necessitates a high degree of confidentiality. Remote work options are available. The Ministère de l'Économie plays a vital role in the fight against financial crime and the financing of terrorism.
