In this role, you will support the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) division, collaborating with the Maintenance, New Projects, and site management on HSE initiatives within the facility.

  • Assist in the revision of the Unique Document
  • Oversee safety documentation at the workplace
  • Address safety and environmental matters on-site
  • Engage in the analysis of accidents, near-misses, or incidents
  • Execute actions on-site
  • Educate and inform staff on specific safety and environmental issues
  • Aid field teams in fostering a culture of safety and environmental awareness
  • Participate in on-site audits regarding safety and environmental compliance
  • Join daily production meetings for operational updates

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field
  • Understanding of HSE principles
  • Prior experience in hygiene, safety, and environmental practices is advantageous
  • Analytical and practical mindset
  • Self-organized and independent
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Plant Director

Additional Information:

  • Contract type: apprenticeship only
  • Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension)
  • Occasional remote work permitted with approval
