About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team at Ivalua. As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions for customers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical solution software pre-sales or project management
- Ideal background and expertise in SAP ERP solutions
- Proven expertise on Cloud, Data, Hosting
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience in Spend Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement (preferred)
- Technical skills: SQL Server, ETL, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, CXML, EDI
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and other software tools (forecasting / sales tracking)
