We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Massilly Services. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across France and occasionally abroad.
Key Responsibilities- Install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on-site
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and faults
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct quality control checks and audits on equipment
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal staff and clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve and innovate equipment and processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the industrial sector
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical software
