As the IS&T Senior PLM Architect, you'll be responsible for owning the strategy and architecture of Alstom's PLM business solutions. This will involve developing and maintaining the engineering documentation domain, as well as acting as a member of the PLM control tower to ensure overall consistency.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Align engineering solutions with global business processes
  • Conduct pre-studies, deliver high-level designs, and support the execution of IS&T projects
  • Collect and manage demands from central business
  • Promote Alstom's Core Model by leading its evolution and ensuring consistency
  • Support operations teams with regards to critical incidents
  • Support the roll-out of the Core Model, ensuring its application

Key challenges for the next years will include:

  • PLM transformation program
  • Digital transformation for engineering processes
  • Enhancing user responsiveness and mobility
  • Enabling agility in the Core Model while ensuring robustness of the platforms and supported processes
  • Opening platforms to extended enterprises with security by design and default

To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology, with over 10 years of experience in PLM solutions
  • Solid knowledge of engineering business processes from industrial companies designing and manufacturing complex products
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V6 solutions, ideally on DS 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • Experience working for global companies, either as a service provider or as a customer
  • Good communication, efficiency, and ability to execute, with a result-oriented approach and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong leadership and business value orientation
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work autonomously in an international environment
