Role: Data Analyst - Supply Chain Optimization
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to optimizing our supply chain operations. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing valuable insights to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities- Supply Chain Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and channel performance metrics. Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- System Maintenance and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SCM, Logistics, IT, and Finance, to ensure the accurate maintenance and functionality of our GSCM system. This includes user management, customer data updates, and system integration.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the supply chain systems. Conduct regular data audits and implement measures to prevent data inconsistencies.
- Process Optimization Support: Provide analytical support for new process innovation projects aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting. Experience within the supply chain domain is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, data visualization tools, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
