ADMR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Participate in the development and implementation of client care plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Diploma in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with older adults or individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (desired)
