Expleo is seeking a skilled Railway Safety Engineer specializing in ERTMS Signalling to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of safety-critical signalling systems for various railway projects, including metro, tramway, and mainline networks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define comprehensive safety programs throughout the entire system lifecycle (V-cycle).
- Establish methodologies for safety activities such as HAZOP, FMEA, and FMECA.
- Conduct thorough safety studies and analyses.
- Evaluate verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage safety requirements effectively, including tracking and documentation.
- Prepare and defend safety files at key quality milestones.
Your Expertise:
You possess a strong engineering background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Safety within the railway sector. Your expertise extends to ERTMS Signalling systems, and you are well-versed in relevant railway standards such as EN 50126 and 50129.
Your Skills:
- Proficiency in safety activity methodologies (HAZOP, FMEA, FMECA).
- Extensive experience in the ERTMS Signalling domain.
- Mastery of railway standards EN 50126 and 50129.
- Professional level English language proficiency.
