Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead to join our team at Capgemini. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in delivering application development projects
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Developer or technical lead on Salesforce implementation projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, including data source integration
