Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to review and evaluate delinquent accounts for possible collections opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide collections-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects.
  • Fulfill sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Support areas may include coaching and training, quality audits, vendor management, and credit collection disputes.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust through expertise, responsive service, and support. Contact the customer to obtain the necessary information to manage their application, ensuring the customer is aware of the status and result of present and future payments.

Develop Action Plans and Solutions

Develop action plans and solutions to maximize recovery and safeguard the Bank's interests. Review accounts and analyze data and information to determine the probability of collection, gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

Support Business Development

Support the development and promotion of a business/group program. Identify business needs, design and develop tools and training programs, and may include delivery of training to audiences.

Maintain the confidentiality of customer and Bank information. Pay Type: Salaried. The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
