About the Role

The Euronext Listing Officer will be part of the Listing Admissions team, operating across different locations, including Amsterdam, Dublin, Paris, and Oslo. The successful candidate will be based in Paris and will work closely with the Admission Managers.

The primary responsibility of the Listing Officer will be to handle the admission process of IPOs, primarily in the market place where they are located, but also in all Euronext markets, in collaboration with the rest of the team.

The Listing Officer will assess companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market, based on various criteria, including legal, compliance, business model, strategy, shareholder structure, management, purpose of the transaction, and financial situation.

The successful candidate will review the documentation drafted in the context of the admission on Euronext markets, prepare a recommendation memorandum to the Listing Committee/Euronext Listing Board, and inform, guide, and assist companies considering an admission on Euronext markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in kick-off meetings with the management of companies applying for an initial admission on Euronext markets.
  • Assess companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities on a Euronext market.
  • Review documentation drafted in the context of the admission on Euronext markets.
  • Prepare a recommendation memorandum to the Listing Committee/Euronext Listing Board.
  • Inform, guide, and assist companies considering an admission on Euronext markets.

Requirements

  • Final year of Master's degree in Law and/or Business School.
  • Good understanding of Equity Capital Markets.
  • Rigorous and autonomous.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Good communication skills, listening, and speaking.
  • Results-oriented and team spirit mindset.
  • Perfect command of French and English.
  • Norwegian and/or Dutch would be appreciated.
  • Ability to work on a pan-European/cross-border mode.
