Our site, inaugurated in 2012, brings together the Centre hospitalier de Saint-Nazaire and the Clinique Mutualiste de l'Estuaire, where technical platforms and medical-technical services are shared.

Our area of attractiveness includes Saint-Nazaire, the Guérande Peninsula, and the Pays de Retz. The Centre Hospitalier de St-Nazaire is in a common direction with the CH de Savenay and the intercommunal hospital of Guérande/Le Croisic.

To further enhance our care offer, the Centre hospitalier de Saint-Nazaire is seeking practitioners (PH, contract, assistant) for its sector activities and particularly for its perinatal psychiatry units.

Within the Women, Child, and Family Pole, which brings together Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Maternity, the child psychiatry service comprises several units (HDJ, liaison, CATTP, CMP) and a medical team of 7 practitioners (5 from September 2024), with a dynamic and open care project combining sectoral care, liaison activity, network and partnership work.

In the context of this position, following the departure of two colleagues, you will be able to join the team with an activity in the units providing care to 0-3 year olds and their parents: CMP parents – all babies, Mobile Perinatal Psychiatry Team, Liaison Team in Maternity and Neonatology. The multidisciplinary team (psychologists, nurses, psychomotor therapist, social workers...) has just been reinforced within the framework of a FIOP funding.

This activity is based on the existing links with all partners in early childhood and parenthood, at the local and departmental level (care, medical-social, child protection, associations...).

Practitioners participate in the list of guards and emergency shifts at Saint-Nazaire adult emergencies and the Heinlex establishment with all pediatric psychiatrists and psychiatrists in the establishment.

Depending on your interests, the distribution of missions on the different units of the sector can be discussed.

Specialized field sought:

DES in Psychiatry, DESC in Child Psychiatry if possible, with experience in institutional work, in psychiatry or child psychiatry.

Position of the practitioner within the structure:

Practitioner in the child psychiatry service under the authority of a department head and a pole head.

Working time counted in half-day. 10 half-days per week.
