The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Employment Legal Counsel to join Adobe's EMEA Employment Law Team based in Paris, supporting our growth in the region.
This role will be responsible for providing employment legal support and advice for our EMEA Western region, which includes France, Italy, Spain, and Benelux countries.
As a true EMEA role, the successful candidate will gain exposure to multi-jurisdictional challenges in a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with colleagues across various organisations to deliver employment law support.
- Provide employment law advice on HR aspects of business initiatives and operations.
- Lead and develop relationships with external counsel across the region.
- Support employment litigation.
Requirements
- French qualified lawyer with 10+ years of specialist employment law experience.
- Deep subject-matter expertise in supporting Works Council processes.
- Strong leadership attributes and effective communication skills.
- Ability to operate with autonomy and handle a large volume of matters.
- Business level fluency in English and French.
