About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy-Pontoise. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.

Requirements
