The Financial Process Manager will be responsible for managing the financial processes (closing, budgeting, and forecasting) in a timely manner, ensuring understandable, accurate, and complete analytical data aligned with finance processes and strategy. The role will also involve supporting the Global Financial Controller in the financial steering activity for the defined scope of AXA GO IT services. Key responsibilities include running monthly closing & Budget / Forecast processes, supporting closing activities for the defined scope, performing centralized controls to guarantee the accuracy & reliability of financial information, and performing analysis on gaps between Actuals and Budget. The Financial Process Manager will also be responsible for coordinating and directing the Budgets & Forecasts completion in OnePlan, managing activity / Cost Center validation in OnePlan according to the Division's architecture and costing rules, and interfacing and supporting for the C2C and P2P processes. Additionally, the role will involve participating in the elaboration of the recurring reporting: Closing, Budget, Exercise, Forecast, and preparing synthesis of information and/or reporting in the scope of diverse financial analysis, necessary for decision making. The ideal candidate will have a Bac+5 with financial background and 3-4 years of proven experience in an international environment, knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, organized, respecting deadlines, planning & autonomy, analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex data, rigorous, accurate and can assure quality of data provided, priority management, collaborative, open-minded, transparent, at ease with global, multicultural environment. Technical skills required include financial common sense, good knowledge of MS Office Excel, and good level of expertise on financial tools (Peoplesoft Finance, Anaplan, SharePoint, Salesforce...). Fluency in English & French is also required.
