Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Friendly and approachable personality with a desire to share insights
- Experience in retail sales or a talent for inspiring enthusiasm in others
- Strong curiosity and listening abilities, coupled with a passion for Free innovations
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced setting
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Fixed-term / Permanent
- Weekly Hours: 35 hours, including Saturdays
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: €25K - €32K Gross/year
- Performance-based bonuses
- Profit-sharing and participation bonuses (Iliad Group)
