About the Team

The Customer Experience division serves as the main point of contact between VTEX and its clientele. Utilizing various communication channels, this team ensures that every interaction is an opportunity to impart ecommerce knowledge. The expertise of the team must consistently stay ahead of user needs.

Their focus extends beyond merely advising clients on optimal platform usage; they aim to understand the specific context of each client while possessing comprehensive knowledge of VTEX's capabilities as applied to real-world business scenarios.

About the Role

The Ecommerce Solutions Architect is a specialist responsible for leading projects and guiding the team to assist clients in achieving their objectives. These architects are crucial in fostering client success, which in turn contributes to the sustained growth of our brand. They analyze the technical aspects of the platform to address both business and technical inquiries from customers. Their responsibilities include overseeing ecommerce projects from initiation to launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding commerce experiences while managing timelines and expectations.

In this role, you will engage with clients from the EMEA region.

Who You Are
  • You possess over 3 years of experience in digital commerce;
  • You have a background in client-facing roles, serving as the primary contact;
  • You are knowledgeable about both front-end and back-end solutions;
  • You are familiar with REST and SOAP APIs;
  • You can handle multiple projects at once;
  • You understand industry trends, development principles, and project methodologies;
  • You have experience with various ecommerce platforms;
  • You approach problems with a technical and analytical mindset, simplifying complex issues;
  • You are proficient in English and possess secondary language skills.
You Will
  • Create solutions that are straightforward, elegant, and scalable;
  • Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints;
  • Establish trust with clients to become a reliable advisor, minimizing the escalation process;
  • Enhance the Net Promoter Score for VTEX clients in the EMEA region;
  • Occasionally travel within Western Europe to meet clients;
  • Prioritize prompt responses to customer inquiries;
  • Facilitate business planning and digital strategy workshops;
