We are seeking a meticulous and skilled individual with a strong sense of initiative to join our team as a Sterile Block Operator. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating an automatic machine following safety protocols and established procedures.

• Operate an automatic machine following safety protocols and established procedures
• Load products and packaging materials into the machine
• Perform adjustments, format changes, and basic maintenance
• Collaborate effectively with production colleagues to ensure seamless production processes
• Ensure quality and batch documentation
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance production efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum BEP / CAP or Bac degree
• Prior experience in a sterile environment (class A and/or B)
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule and lift weights
