About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI and Data Science Manager to join our Global IT Data and Digital organization. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the set up and implementation of AI and Data Science solutions to CEVA. You will work closely with our internal operational teams to ensure the best possible global solutions for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, deliver, and manage necessary tools, technologies, and methodologies to support a Data Driven Organization.
• Share knowledge and implement best practices in CEVA to ensure business benefits.
• Manage resources and experts in your team to support rapidly increasing needs from the business, both internally and externally.
• Build and educate your team to provide necessary support for other departments and ensure best usage of existing data.
• Drive the growth of AI and Data Science in CEVA, working together with other colleagues from multiple areas.
• Plan and design solutions for the future, aligned to CEVA's long-term strategy and ambition to be a Data Driven company.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with proven results in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects.
• Technical-functional experience, skills, and knowledge of AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake), and modern data architecture models.
• Extensive experience in management and coordination of activities (tools, processes, best practices, risks management).
• Strong experience and understanding of modern data technologies, data-oriented architecture, and advanced analytics.
• Strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
• Very good communication and coordination skills.
• Resistant to stress, analytical thinking, and delivery and service-oriented.
• Diplomacy, sense of dialogue, and persuasion to move issues forward.
• Fluent English and proven practice.
