Altitude Interim Thônes Réseau Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in automation, robotics, and commissioning to join our growing team.

As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in automation technologies and project management methodologies will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of automation, robotics, and commissioning projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, workshop personnel, and certification bodies, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional and electrical studies, encompassing client meetings, supplier discussions, electrical sizing, electrical diagrams, integration of new equipment, and machine safety management.
  • Program PLCs (Schneider or Siemens), HMIs (Vijeo Designer, GP-Pro EX, WinCC Flexible), and machine-to-machine communication systems.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using variable speed drives and Staublï robots, optimizing system performance and productivity.
  • Commission and fine-tune automated systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
  • Create and maintain technical manuals and procedures to document project deliverables and support ongoing operations.
  • Provide comprehensive user training and support, empowering clients to effectively utilize the implemented automation solutions.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record in automation, robotics, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a BAC +2 degree, DUT in electrical engineering or industrial computing, BTS in Electrotechnics, or equivalent.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions within the industrial sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in the following tools: PLCs (Schneider, Siemens), HMIs (Vijeo Designer, GP-Pro EX, WinCC Flexible), robots (SRS), and electrical CAD software (SEE Electrical).
  • Fluency in English is highly desirable.
