Camo Emploi is seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee our Assembly Operations in Sélestat

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our assembly team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning and distributing tasks among team members, training and supporting workshop staff, and supervising the mechanical assembly of panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Planning and Distribution: Plan and distribute tasks among team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Workshop Support: Train and support workshop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Quality Control: Supervise the mechanical assembly of panels and ensure quality control before delivery.
• Process Improvements: Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Production Meetings: Attend production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in electronics and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently are essential for this position.
