We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Communications Specialist to join our team at Atlas, a global strategic consulting firm focused on the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to drive change management initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop high-quality content that highlights success stories, milestones, and program updates in an engaging and informative manner.
- Communication Channel Management: Design and manage newsletters, SharePoint sites, and other communication channels to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a SharePoint site that serves as a central hub for program information, resources, and success stories.
- Program Rollout and Adoption: Support the rollout of new digital programs by crafting clear, concise, and motivating communications that drive adoption and engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in change management communications or content development, preferably within digital transformation programs.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience with SharePoint site development and management.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
