Unlocking Sustainable Growth in Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainable Real Estate Growth Specialist to join our team at Deepki, a leading provider of ESG data intelligence and expert advisory services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start or accelerate a sales career on the ground floor of an innovative SaaS business. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing our customer portfolio and generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activities.

Your impact on Deepki's growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR through Deepki, while growing the company's customer portfolio.

You will also benefit from a coaching/continuing education program allowing you to develop solid commercial skills, on real estate and ESG.

Your Profile
  • 1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR/ADR/Inside Sales or Sales role with SaaS/software environments
  • Belief in Deepki's values - Impact/Customer satisfaction/Benevolence and goodwill/Freedom and responsibility
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to over-achieve your goals
  • A team player with a sales and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs
  • Confident in communicating over the phone, email, and LinkedIn with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Already used Salesforce and/or Hubspot and/or another CRM
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Swedish or Danish language as well would be a plus
  • Bonus:
  • Experience with Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in Real Estate and/or ESG
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments
