Your Role: Principal Quay Supervisor

As a Principal Quay Supervisor, you will be responsible for the organization and management of the chartering zone on the platform. Your key duties include:

• Resource Management: Effectively plan and allocate human and material resources to meet operational needs. This involves anticipating staffing requirements (including temporary work arrangements) and managing holiday schedules.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team of professionals to achieve optimal performance.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and optimize key activity indicators such as quality, productivity, and profitability. Ensure comprehensive reporting on these metrics to management.
• Information Dissemination: Facilitate the flow of information related to platform activities across various agency services.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth execution of handling and administrative operations, adhering to strict quality objectives and productivity benchmarks.
• Safety & Security: Prioritize the safety and security of both personnel and goods within your operational area.

Your Profile:
