Lead Financial Performance in a Dynamic Hospitality Environment

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our hotel. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategic financial plans, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring robust financial controls.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the hotel.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous financial controls across all revenue streams, expenses, and asset protection measures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements, maintaining transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Manage the hotel's cash flow effectively, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations and support operational needs.
  • Develop detailed operating and capital budgets, leveraging data-driven forecasting to accurately predict revenue and expenses. Continuously monitor performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate insightful financial reports and conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management is essential.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in a similar finance leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting systems (e.g., OASYS, OPERA, FMC).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
