Pricing Specialist

As a Pricing Specialist within Colas's design office, you will collaborate closely with operations and clients to deliver accurate and competitive price studies for public and private tenders.

• Analyze tender documents meticulously to understand project requirements and scope.
• Propose innovative solutions and alternative approaches to optimize pricing strategies.
• Engage with suppliers to gather quotes and ensure competitive material costs.
• Develop comprehensive price proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition for each tender.
• Prepare detailed technical submissions and compile all necessary administrative documents for tender applications.
• Present your pricing studies confidently at closing meetings with both technical and management teams.
• Stay abreast of market trends and fluctuations within the groundworks sector to inform pricing decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing their inquiries promptly.

Your expertise in technical specifications combined with your commercial acumen will be instrumental in driving our success.

To excel in this role, you require a degree from an engineering school and a minimum of 5 years of experience in price studies or site management within the groundworks industry.
