Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CTO to lead our tech team in Paris. As a key member, you will be responsible for architecting scalable systems, automating workflows, and driving innovation. With over 6 years of experience in FinTech, you will manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from design to deployment, using technologies like React, and Python.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
  • Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
  • Hire and manage the tech team
  • Collaborate with fellow developers on implementing new ideas, features, and apps
  • Collaborate with product management, quality assurance, customer support, and fellow software engineers to deliver features that meet our customers' needs
  • Research and prototype new technologies that can improve pipelines and build processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree is required
  • 6+ years of experience in FinTech
  • Experience building web applications
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills
  • Unit/integration testing experience
  • Broad knowledge of software engineering: languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
