Nurse Coordinator

Job Title: Nurse Coordinator (IDEC) M/F - Permanent Contract

Overview:

We are currently in search of a Nurse Coordinator M/F for a permanent position. This role is situated within a well-established Medical and Rehabilitation Center that specializes in Geriatric care.

Our facility is centrally located, providing easy access to various amenities. Recently renovated, the center is designed to ensure maximum comfort for our patients.

The center is dedicated to providing care for individuals transitioning from acute medical conditions, whether they are coming from a hospital stay or their own homes. Our focus is on medical and surgical treatments, as well as rehabilitation, with the ultimate aim of facilitating a safe return to home or another care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of care and optimal hospitalization conditions for patients
• Engage in the education, training, and oversight of nursing teams
• Implement health and hygiene preventive measures
• Promote effective infection control and pain management strategies
• Coordinate and oversee continuity of care and activities
• Lead the nursing team, comprising 16 nurses, 28 nursing assistants, and 1 caregiver
• Supervise equipment and product management
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at quality improvement

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing Degree and possess substantial experience in a medical and rehabilitation setting.
