Process Engineering Specialist

GALILE, a prominent entity in the energy recovery and industrial process decarbonization sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Process Engineer to enhance our team.

As a vital member of the Engineering & Operations Division, your primary responsibility will be to execute process analyses and serve as the process authority for designated projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and related documentation
  • Conducting simulations, evaluating operational scenarios, and performing material balance and utility specifications
  • Sizing and dimensioning of circuits
  • Outlining installation procedures through comprehensive functional analysis
  • Managing risk assessments
  • Overseeing the procurement of process machinery and instrumentation, including specifications and supplier technical oversight
  • Reviewing documentation produced by all process contributors
  • Assisting the project manager in discussions regarding processes with clients and suppliers
  • Engaging in and coordinating the commissioning phase

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Background in energy engineering and installation commissioning
  • Proficiency in Thermal, Fluid Mechanics, Process Equipment, and Physical Measurements
  • Competent in AutoCAD and office productivity software
  • B1 level proficiency in English
