Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure repair, reinforcement, and reconstruction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Supervise engineering teams responsible for the design and implementation of heavy and routine maintenance operations on transportation infrastructure.
  • Oversee the maintenance of critical structures, conducting thorough diagnostic studies and controls to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and implement operational plans for infrastructure within your assigned zone, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage administrative procedures and contracts related to maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance infrastructure performance and propose innovative solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in civil engineering, coupled with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure projects. A proven track record of successful project management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.
