This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment, grow through upskilling and continuous development, and play a direct role in shaping the path for our industry.

As a Product Owner, you will prioritize features and enhancements that address Sustainability & Responsibility, CSRD, and ESG reporting commitments. You will explore innovative solutions with a positive social and environmental impact and champion sustainable practices within the product development process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing features and enhancements that address Sustainability & Responsibility, CSRD, and ESG reporting commitments.
  • Exploring innovative solutions with a positive social and environmental impact.
  • Championing sustainable practices within the product development process.
  • Demand Management: gathering new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translating them into Features and User stories.
  • Backlog management: prioritizing Product backlog and managing risks and interdependencies with other squads.
  • Product Lifecycle management: contributing to product vision definition, leading the Product Build, and managing agile squad delivery.
  • Product catalog management: ensuring the latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio.
  • Incident management: leading L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Resource management: estimating Resource forecasts, adjusting roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability, and reporting on actual resource utilization.
  • IFTM: providing Product roadmap and backlog, squad's resource needs forecast, overseeing overall funding of my scope, performing variance analysis, and providing justification.
