We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Lawyer to join our team at AB Volvo. As a key member of our Legal and Compliance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Purchasing team.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate various types of contracts, including purchase agreements, licenses, leases, and collaboration agreements.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and external stakeholders to ensure successful contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement contracts management strategies to drive business growth and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address contract-related issues.
- At least 8 years of experience as a contracts lawyer, with a focus on purchasing and electromobility.
- Proficiency in negotiation and drafting of contracts, with experience in contracts and commercial law in the electromobility space.
- Bachelor of Law degree.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
