Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for plant intelligence and digitalization, aligning with the company's sustainability goals and business objectives.
- Drive the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and cobots, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation.
- Build and maintain sophisticated process models to simulate and analyze various production scenarios.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy intelligent systems for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.
- Foster a data-driven culture, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and security of operational data, and promoting data literacy across the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and maintain our competitive edge in green production.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables related to plant intelligence projects, ensuring ROI and aligning with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing intelligence, digitalization, or a related field, with a focus on sustainable production.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Industry 5.0 principle and 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
