  • Cultivating customer loyalty by offering tailored services and solutions.
  • Managing credit and loyalty card applications, collaborating seamlessly with the credit organization.
  • Ensuring impeccable customer follow-up and handling any disputes with tact and professionalism.
  • Collaborating effectively with sales teams (Managers and Advisors) to provide a unified and exceptional customer experience.
  • Processing requests for client list inclusion.
