Our teams of experts intervene on various themes: Diagnostics Artworks & Civil Engineering – Feasibility Studies & Programming – Assistance to Master of Works – Master of Design & Realization – Execution Studies & External Control – External Control.
Your MissionIn the context of our development, we are recruiting a Project Manager MOE Artworks. You will accompany the development of the study office by taking charge of a portfolio of missions of Master of Works of Artworks new or in repair.
- Under the responsibility of the Head of the MOE Pole, your main missions are:
- Respond to Master of Works tenders
- Be the privileged contact of the Master of Works and accompany them if necessary on requests for additional compensation
- Organize meetings with the client
- Carry out studies or supervise junior engineers on missions, from the Preliminary Study phase to the reception of the works, on all aspects (technical, planning, financial estimates...)
- Be the guarantor of the quality of the studies carried out and the respect of the commitments of the contract (delivery deadlines of the studies, respect of budgets)
- Ensure the financial management of the affairs
You have a higher education degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or equivalent. You have a successful experience of at least 5 years in the field of Artworks and Master of Works in a consulting and engineering company or in an enterprise. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, dynamism, and you appreciate teamwork. You are recognized for your relational skills, your versatility, and your curiosity.
