Job Description:

ISCOD Alternance, a specialist in digital learning, is seeking a trainee accountant to join our partner company, a business services provider, in a contract of apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record client payments and prepare and submit check remittances
  • Manage expense reports and enter invoices into accounting software
  • Process and reconcile bank statements
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor payments and collect outstanding invoices
  • Update documents and process correspondence
  • Classify and archive documents
  • Participate in year-end accounting tasks (balance sheet) and administrative tasks (document management, correspondence, etc.)

Requirements:

  • You are meticulous and organized
  • You are analytical and comfortable with numbers
  • You are motivated, adaptable, and have a positive attitude
  • You have a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurship
  • You have experience in the field
