As a key player in our team at Arabelle Solutions, you will oversee and enhance quality assurance processes for nuclear projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and facilitate comprehensive quality planning initiatives for nuclear-related projects.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to align on quality expectations.
- Engage in discussions to establish inspection criteria and quality benchmarks with clients.
- Oversee supplier evaluations and develop inspection strategies.
- Address non-conformities promptly and ensure effective resolution measures are in place.
- Lead root cause investigations and champion continuous improvement efforts.
- Guarantee that quality documentation is provided to clients in accordance with project timelines.
- Implement and uphold quality and safety protocols throughout the project duration.
- Encourage the adoption of best practices and share lessons learned across the project team.
- Support audit preparations and the implementation of quality management systems.
- Guide and mentor project quality managers assigned to your projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in quality management, ideally within the nuclear sector.
- In-depth understanding of quality management tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to solve problems and implement quality enhancement strategies.
- Experience in managing non-conformities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams focused on quality improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and conducting quality audits.
- Fluency in both English and French is required for specific contracts.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
