Project Manager for MES

As a Project Manager for MES, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of customer projects to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales support: Assess project needs, plan, staff, and manage risks.
- Project Management: Create and manage project plans, scope, and timelines.
- Financial Management: Drive all associated activities and resources to guarantee committed quality, margin, and scheduling criteria.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure maximum reuse of existing Best Practices, establish actions and plans for Confidentiality and IP protection, and optimize resource utilization.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and communicate project risks and issues, propose and manage recovery/resolution plans.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure gates respect and quality for deliverables, manage escalation when needed, and monitor progress of required actions.
- Contract Management: Monitor project activities in relation to the contract, manage deviations internally and with the customer, and propose contract amendments when relevant.
- Subcontractor/Partner Management: Manage relations with Subcontractors and/or Partners for the scope of project activities.
- Business Development: Communicate new business opportunities identified during project execution and propose margin optimization options.
At Project Closure:
- Capture project deliverables as Best Practices to ensure reusability.
- Produce lessons learned during the project closure phase.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in Project Management as a vendor.
- Capability to manage 10-member volume projects.
- Experience in manufacturing implementation projects as a project manager.
- Experience in one of the following product implementation projects: SAP (PP/MM/APO), ERP (Production Area), MES, WMS, or APS.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP).
- English read/write skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Availability for business trips (1-2 days/week, depending on the project).
- Aspirations to improve skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Programming experience.
- Database knowledge.
