About the Job
We are seeking a Building Energy Stagiaire to join our team at ASCAUDIT, a subsidiary of SOCOTEC, for a minimum period of 6 months. This role may lead to a permanent position.
You will be part of our team of engineers and business development managers, working on missions related to building energy and heating installations, as well as building management and public spaces rehabilitation.
After a period of training and accompaniment, you will be responsible for performing tasks such as:
- Analyzing energy consumption invoices
- Monitoring the technical operation of heating systems
- Analyzing maintenance contracts for technical equipment
- Performing thermal and energy simulations (Logiciel Pléiades+Comfie and BAO Evolution)
- Auditing energy performance
- Conducting thermal regulatory studies (TH-CE-Ex)
- Diagnosing energy performance
- Assisting project managers on various missions (AMO Chauffage, Maîtrise d'œuvre de rénovation énergétique, Suivi de chantier…)
- Helping to define technical and functional work programs (esquisses, APS, APD, PRO, …)
- Assisting clients in selecting contractors: drafting DCE, analyzing offers, contractualization with contractors
- Preparing plans and drafting accessibility notices
