Human Resources Mission Coordinator Apprenticeship

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Mission Coordinator Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources while pursuing your Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to identifying and attracting qualified candidates for childcare positions within our partner agency.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertise them on relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Review submitted applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with promising candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, administer assessments, and verify references to ensure a thorough selection process.
  • Introduce successful caregivers to client families, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide support with occasional recruitment initiatives across various departments.
HR Administration
  • Prepare employment contracts and guide new employees through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for caregivers and clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sick leave, employee benefits, and other HR procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from third parties regarding employment verification and other HR matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a BAC + 2 (or equivalent) in progress or completed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
