Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Radioprotection Strategy: You will be responsible for deploying and implementing a radioprotection strategy on our operational installations, as well as accompanying industrial projects from a radioprotection perspective.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: You will be the guarantor of the respect of regulatory requirements related to radioprotection on the perimeter, and will prepare and participate in support of visits/audits/inspections on the radioprotection theme.
- Pilot and Coordinate Radioprotection Activities: You will pilot and coordinate radioprotection activities on our installations (verifications, zoning, source and waste management, effluent gas emissions monitoring, worker and environmental dosimetry), with the support of the OCR.
- Define Radioprotection Rules: You will define radioprotection rules on our installations, according to applicable regulations and Orano procedures, and will keep the radioprotection documentation reference up to date.
- Train and Sensitize Personnel: You will train and sensitize personnel on the radioprotection domain, particularly on the wearing of protective equipment and the management of degraded situations, in order to develop a real radioprotection culture.
- Implement Remediation and Optimization Measures: You will ensure the implementation of remediation and optimization measures for radioprotection, including in the context of production unit evolution projects.
- Interface with OCR: You will be the privileged interface between the operator and the OCR, and will prepare and facilitate any interventions by OCR members within Orano Med installations.
- Organize Internal and External Radioprotection Verifications: You will organize internal and external radioprotection verifications at the installation level (radioprotection equipment, maintenance contracts associated with it), in collaboration with the site's radioprotection services.
You will actively contribute to the commissioning of the ATEF industrial project, particularly by drafting the necessary documents for the ASN authorization file, creating the radioprotection documentation structure, defining the radioprotection equipment needs for the site, and defining the adapted radioprotection organization for the new perimeter.
You will be the reference person on the theme of radioactive material transport, in direct connection with the Orano Group's Safety Transport Advisor (CST) network.
