Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment adjustments and commissioning according to technical specifications to ensure optimal machine operation.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and guarantee production quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment performance or malfunction problems quickly.
• Participate in operator training on equipment operation and adjustment procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of adjustments made, problems encountered, and solutions applied.
• Work flexible shifts, including night shifts, with a salary based on profile.

Requirements:

• Diploma or proven experience as a Machine Adjuster.
• Excellent understanding of equipment, production processes, and adjustment parameters.
• Technical problem-solving skills and fault diagnosis.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices in adjustment.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
