The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Team Leaders and various support departments to deliver proactive and efficient administrative support across a wide array of responsibilities.
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings.
  • Arranging travel logistics and compiling expense documentation.
  • Providing additional organizational assistance such as procuring supplies and equipment.
  • Overseeing contract discussions and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and contracts.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers and/or vendors.
  • Communicating with facility management regarding any operational concerns.
  • Managing and organizing executives' calendars and appointments.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings and events.

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Administrative Assistant position, preferably in the Real Estate, Professional Services, or Utilities sectors.
  • Highly organized with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Estimating, Google Suite, and Organizational tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Possess strong analytical capabilities and comfortable handling numerical data.
  • Goal-oriented and thrive in dynamic work environments.
