Job Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair home appliances at the client's home and on the first visit.
- Anticipate interventions by conducting a pre-diagnostic search for faults.
- Manage your order book for spare parts.
- Advise clients on the proper use of their appliances, offer expert advice to increase the lifespan of their products, and propose their subscription offers.
- Be assisted by a remote support service to facilitate the resolution of faults: it is above all a team work.
