About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Assistant to join our team in France. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support event management, marketing activities, and provide substantial support to the Country Manager France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for marketing activities and events
  • Contribute to the development of marketing budget monitoring processes
  • Extract data for monthly analytic reports
  • Coordinate the implementation of new customer management systems
  • Ensure the implementation of processes for monitoring consignment stocks and reporting to finance and CS
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination, logistics, and administrative functions
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems
  • Fluent French and excellent language skills in English; German is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent understanding of processes and procedures
