Your Role:

As a GMS Sales Manager South-West, you'll be part of the largest brewery in the world, with a portfolio of over 500 beers, including Leffe, Corona, Bud, and Tripel Karmeliet. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and coaching a team of sector managers to ensure excellent field efficiency
  • Adopting and implementing an organization that optimizes resources available (tools, Trade marketing resources, etc.)
  • Managing the results of your region through regular analysis of your team's performance
  • Negotiating and managing agreements with regional customers (assortment, promotional plan, e-commerce)
  • Ensuring the implementation of agreements in all stores in your region
  • Collaborating with head office teams (Key Account, Category management, Trade Marketing, Logistics) to achieve annual objectives for each brand
Your Profile:

We're looking for a candidate with a Bac +5 training, initial field experience in supermarkets, and management experience. You should be comfortable in English, both written and spoken, and ready to move to our Paris headquarters within 2-3 years. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and a company that allows you to develop your potential.
