Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Assist clients in navigating their orders
- Oversee all administrative duties related to customer interactions (billing, updates, deliveries...)
- Manage promotional activities and sales projections
- Log, track, and resolve customer complaints in the designated system; offer effective solutions for any disputes
- Engage with customers to encourage order placements, ensuring optimal product freshness
