Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Participate in process improvements and implement new financial systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
- Proficiency in Sage or other accounting software
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
