Role and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing customized solutions tailored to their financial needs (including banking, loans, savings, and insurance) while adhering to banking regulations.
  • Actively promote our financial products and services, expanding your client base by identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and foster client loyalty.
  • Contribute to the success of your branch by collaborating closely with your colleagues to meet collective objectives.
  • Enhance our digital offerings and services to better serve our clients.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

Profile:

  • Possess a degree in Banking or Insurance, with relevant experience in the sector.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with clients.
  • Exhibit a strong commercial acumen and a passion for overcoming challenges.
