About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Croix-Rouge française. As a Territorial HR Representative, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures across our New Aquitaine and Occitanie regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and implement HR policies and national projects
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HR National Policy within the department
  • Monitor and improve the quality of work life for employees in the region
  • Support strategic recruitment efforts
  • Validate contracts for senior staff and provide HR advice
  • Provide individual and collective legal advice on labor law, collective agreements, and disciplinary procedures
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees
  • Establish and maintain relationships with QVT department and Regional Directors
  • Manage talent development and handle employee mobility requests
  • Oversee HR functions and cascade responsibilities to team members
  • Represent HR in business transactions and negotiations
  • Negotiate and implement agreements and tools for business transfers and acquisitions
  • Contribute to the performance improvement of the department
  • Ensure compliance with salary optimization and remuneration policies
  • Support employee relations and manage administrative tasks
  • Participate in the development of national HR policies and tools
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations. You should hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have several years of experience in HR management.

You will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and working closely with senior management to drive business results. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
